📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Promotor Stores and MD Stores, ensuring they meet Haier's standards for visual appeal and functionality.
• Plan, organize, and execute store displays that align with Haier's brand standards and sales strategies.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure that store displays are effectively promoting products and driving sales.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are displayed optimally and are available for customers.
• Implement creative solutions to enhance the retail experience and boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Train and mentor store staff on best practices for display management and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all Haier policies and procedures related to retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in display management or retail operations.
• Proven experience in coordinating with sales teams and managing inventory.
• Strong knowledge of retail display techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
