📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily cinema operations, including scheduling, ticketing, and maintenance.
- Ensure top-notch customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train a team of cinema staff.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues in our theaters.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve cinema experiences.
- Monitor and report on cinema performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cinema operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of cinema software and tools, such as Box Office Pro or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
