As an Affiliate & KOL Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to identify and collaborate with influential figures and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote our products and services. Your mission is to create and manage affiliate programs that drive sales and brand awareness, while also ensuring that our campaigns align with our overall marketing strategy. With a competitive salary of IDR 4.500.000 - 5.700.000 per month, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a supportive and innovative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote our products and services.
• Create and execute high-impact affiliate marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our overall digital marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate partners and KOLs to ensure continued success and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or ShareASale.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and digital growth.
