As a Group Accounts Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the financial reporting and consolidation of multiple subsidiaries and affiliates. Your daily tasks will involve working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including finance teams, auditors, and management, to ensure seamless integration of financial data. Leveraging your expertise in financial reporting frameworks like IFRS and GAAP, you'll develop and maintain robust reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate the financial reporting and consolidation processes for TMK Chemical's group of companies.
• Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting templates and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP.
• Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to gather, validate, and consolidate financial data.
• Monitor and manage the reporting timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a key point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Proven expertise in IFRS and GAAP financial reporting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
