We are looking for a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional beauty experiences to our clients. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, offering personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, and expert advice.

As a Beauty Advisor at Kharisma Sukses Persada, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your customer service skills and product knowledge will be put to the test. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of our beauty community in Jabodetabek.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients.
• Demonstrate and sell premium beauty products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches.
• Assist in organizing beauty events and promotions.
• Ensure a clean and well-stocked beauty counter at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a Beauty Advisor or Sales Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of premium beauty products and brands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
• Certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
