🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
