📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the operations of the private banking team, including financial advisors and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in private banking.
  • Provide guidance and support to financial advisors as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new financial products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and financial products.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and trust services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
