📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions using advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI, CT scan, and X-ray.
• Perform surgical procedures, including joint replacements and spinal surgeries, using state-of-the-art surgical equipment and techniques.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their optimal recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists, to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic and traumatology through continuous medical education and training.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Provide medical consultations and advice to patients and referring physicians.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S1) from an accredited medical school.
• Specialization in Orthopedic & Traumatology (SpOT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic and traumatology.
• Familiarity with advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques, including joint replacements and spinal surgeries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
