📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate safety performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety data and reports for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety into all aspects of the project.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in safety management.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, HSE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience working in a high-impact project environment, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
