As our HR & Finance Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing our payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting. You’ll also oversee recruitment, employee relations, and training programs, ensuring our team is well-equipped to meet our business objectives. With a salary range of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 18,000,000 per bulan, this role offers a competitive package and the chance to work in a fast-paced, culturally rich environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide financial support to the HR team for strategic initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both HR and finance roles.
- Proficiency in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
- Experience with financial software like QuickBooks, Xero, or Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
