Join Vantage Automotive as an Assistant Manager, Parts Sales, Warehousing & Logistics and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our Parts Channel sales and logistics operations in Bali. This is a 2-year contract position offering a competitive salary of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per bulan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales and logistics processes for our parts channel, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely delivery of parts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. As an Assistant Manager, Parts Sales, Warehousing & Logistics, you will work closely with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure that our parts channel operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts. Additionally, you will be involved in training and developing the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the sales and logistics processes for the parts channel.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Train and develop the sales and logistics team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts sales and logistics, with a strong background in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and familiar with inventory management software like SAP MM or Oracle Inventory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
