Think Academy is seeking a dynamic and passionate Student Affairs Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for our students, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring that all student needs are met. This is a full-time position located in one of our beautiful campuses in Bali, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement student affairs programs and activities that promote student engagement, leadership, and personal growth.,Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to address student concerns and issues.,Organize and coordinate campus events, including orientations, cultural festivals, and social gatherings.,Facilitate student clubs and organizations, providing guidance and support to help them thrive.,Maintain accurate records of student information and attendance, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.,Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and deliver student support services, such as academic advising and career counseling.,Promote and enforce a positive and inclusive campus climate, addressing any issues of discrimination, harassment, or bias.,Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in student affairs, and share knowledge and resources with colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, higher education, or a related field.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups of people.,Experience with event planning and management.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and language is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
