🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on material solutions.,Proven track record of leading design projects from conception to completion.,Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.,Strong understanding of material properties, behavior, and selection criteria.,Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
