Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield and throughput in Thin Film CVD Process.,Monitor and maintain equipment performance, ensuring optimal operation and minimal downtime.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to maintain high-quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in the semiconductor manufacturing environment.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in process validation and qualification activities to meet regulatory requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in Thin Film CVD Process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Thin Film CVD Process or related semiconductor manufacturing roles.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of process optimization and yield improvement.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with process control systems and statistical process control (SPC) is a plus.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in semiconductor manufacturing is desirable.
