Bright Diamond Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in our market. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and product information, to potential clients.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
