Agri Pintar Asia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agronomist to join our team in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about agriculture and has a knack for building strong relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.

As a Sales Agronomist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on agricultural products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on agricultural products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of agricultural products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or agronomy.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
