Gold Go Group is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
