📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.,Handle front desk transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the building and guests.,Provide excellent customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
