📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct quality checks and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Document all maintenance activities and production data accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a 12-hour shift environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
