📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and curricula.,Lead and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Collaborate with other educators to improve teaching practices.,Participate in professional development activities.,Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff.,Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in curriculum development and student assessment.,Certification in educational technology is a plus.
