📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and inventory management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to enhance team performance.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain quality standards.,Prepare and present procurement reports to management for strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract management and supplier relationship management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
