📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and develop a team of outlet staff, providing training and guidance to enhance performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Participate in inventory management and ensure all products are well-stocked and presented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in team management and leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
