Resto Jaya Geprek is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses on food samples.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Recording and reporting test results accurately.,Participating in quality control processes.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing methods.,Collaborating with the production team to address quality issues.,Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety certification (e.g.HACCPISO 22000).Experience with microbiological testing (e.g.total plate countcoliformsE. coli).Knowledge of chemical and physical testing methods.Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
