In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of agents, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of agents, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all team activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of insurance products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
