Resto Nanda Fruit is seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status updates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
