In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Update and maintain the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Assist in the coordination of background checks and reference verifications.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or individual with limited experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
