📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of project managers, supervisors, and other staff members.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and milestones.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor project budgets and financial performance, and report to senior management.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other parties involved in the project.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate or property development industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to real estate and property development.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
