📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Create and manage job postings on various platforms to reach a wide audience.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
