📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth running of activities.
  • Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
