Agung Elsa Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Oversee benefits administration and payroll.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Certification in HR management is a plus.
