📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Maintain and manage office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  • Handle office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage office waste and recycling programs.
  • Assist in organizing office events and activities.
  • Handle visitor management and maintain a guest book.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred).
