Town Silver Group is seeking a talented Deputy Technical Writer to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Reviewing and editing technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Developing and implementing documentation standards and best practices
  • Assisting with the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation
  • Providing technical support to customers and end-users through documentation and troubleshooting
  • Conducting document reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
