📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate complex medical information into standardized codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance providers and government agencies.
• Review and edit medical records to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry standards through continuous learning and professional development.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of coding protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy and data security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding and billing.
• Proficient in using medical coding software such as Eclipsys, PowerCoder, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
