📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers of Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) or Tandan Buah Segar (TBS).
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive and favorable terms.
• Monitor and manage the procurement process, from order placement to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Analyze market trends and consumer demand to optimize procurement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to meet company targets and deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the senior procurement manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, especially in the palm oil industry.
• Strong understanding of the palm oil supply chain and market dynamics.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP or other procurement software is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel and work in Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah.
