NEXA Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tegal, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and effective operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repairs, and track maintenance history.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, tracking, and reporting on fuel usage.,Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and licensing.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Driver's license (preferred but not required).
