📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing and supervising branch operations.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to enhance team performance.,Support the recruitment and training of new employees to meet branch needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a mining or related industry.,Strong understanding of mining operations and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
