📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints.,Drive sales and promotions to meet or exceed store targets.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
